Carli runs the Product Design desk, where she partners with the fastest-growing startups across the U.S. and builds out their internal design teams across all levels. Her day-to-day consists of advising Founders, CEO’s and Execs around hiring design talent in the current market.
Her team connects the top 1% of product design talent with the best brands in the country. We also serve as hybrid internal/external Design Recruiters, leveraging our network, data on the market, and streamlined candidate experience to support our clients in an impactful & efficient way.
